• User Registration: When you register an account on our Site, we collect username, email address, and password or if you choose to login with Google, we will collect your basic non-sensitive Google account information.
• Form Data: We store the form data for the creator received via their shared form and provide the neccessary tools for that.
• Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information.
• Log and Usage Data: Log and usage data is automatically collected when you visit our site using third party analytics and events which includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, device information (including device and application IDs),and cookie information.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes or for advertisements. We use it to :

Data Retention Time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. For form creator data, we will store it for as long as the form is active. You can delete your data from dashboard anytime. For form respondents, they need to ask the form creator to delete their data else it will be stored for as long as the form is active.
