How to rename forms

Renaming your forms makes it easier to keep your workspace organised and quickly identify each form’s purpose.

When You Create Forms with AI

When you create a form using the AI chat builder, Minform automatically assigns a name to your form. You can keep this name or change it later.

Rename from the Dashboard

You can rename a form directly from the dashboard:

1. Locate your form in the dashboard.
2. Click the three dots menu next to the form.

Select Rename from the dropdown menu.

Rename from the Form Editor

You can also rename a form while editing:

1. In the form editor, click the form name in the header dropdown.
2. Select Rename from the dropdown.
3. A dialog box will appear where you can enter a new name for your form.
